We service and repair multi-point hardware on impact-rated doors, French doors, sliding patio doors, and premium entry doors across Miami-Dade. Most locksmiths won't touch these. We specialize in them.
We Service Every Major Brand
Multi-point systems come in two halves: the hardware inside the door, and the door it was built into. We work on both, and the combination is what decides whether a repair is possible.

Door and window brands we work on
Brand names are the property of their respective owners. A&O Premium Locksmith is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
On-site, mobile service across Miami-Dade. No shop drop-off.
Broken mechanism? Worn gearbox? We diagnose and replace the entire multi-point unit or individual parts on-site.
Hoppe, Interlock, and other European multi-point systems have specific parts and calibrations. We know them cold.
Door dragging, binding, or won't latch? Usually the lock is out of alignment, not broken. We adjust it in under an hour.
Fully equipped van, parts on board. We come to you so you never have to remove a door or hire a handyman in between.
A multi-point lock is a single mechanism that engages two, three, or more locking points along the edge of the door when you turn the handle or the key. Instead of one deadbolt, the door bolts into the frame at the top, middle, and bottom all at once.
This is the standard on most European-style doors, impact-rated hurricane doors, and premium sliding patio doors in South Florida. If you own a newer build or a home with impact glass, there's a very good chance your front door or slider has one.
Yes to any of the above? We're who you want to call.
Every one of these is a fix we handle weekly. Most are faster and cheaper than you think.
You have to slam it or lift it to close. Usually a simple alignment fix.
Flops down or doesn't spring back. The gearbox is worn and needs replacement.
Sticks, jiggles, or you have to fight it. Worn cylinder or a misaligned cam.
Scrapes the frame or floor. The door has sagged and the lock points no longer line up.
The top hook or bottom bolt catches the strike plate. Classic symptom of a settled frame.
PGT or Andersen slider that won't engage? Usually a worn hook or bent track.
Three other locksmiths quoted this Pinecrest homeowner and none of them would commit to the repair. Here is what happened when we looked at it.
"Wow! This company is the most professional and knowledgeable i have ever experienced. My technician was Armando and he was the best. There are no run arounds given. He knows his stuff. I went through more than 3 locksmiths before to try to fix my glass impact patio doors and all the wanted was to charge me an arm and a leg plus they were uncertain on how to fix it. This company tells you straight up if they can fix or replace with confidence. They are a one call fix company. Will definitely use again and will recommend them to everyone."

This is the job most locksmiths in Miami turn down. Hoppe hardware on an impact-rated patio door needs the right gearbox and the right measurements. We carry the parts and we will tell you up front whether it is a repair or a replacement.
We'll tell you straight. Here's how we think about it.
Office doors, retail entry doors, and commercial aluminum storefronts often run the same PGT, Hoppe, and Adams Rite hardware we service on homes. If it's a business door, start here instead.
The things people ask us before booking a multi-point repair.
A multi-point lock is a single mechanism that engages two, three, or more locking points along the edge of the door when you turn the handle or key. Instead of one deadbolt, the door bolts into the frame at the top, middle, and bottom all at once. It's standard on European-style doors, impact-rated hurricane doors, and premium sliding patio doors common in South Florida.
We service Hoppe, Amesbury Truth, Interlock, G-U, and Adams Rite multi-point hardware, on PGT, CGI, Andersen, Marvin, Pella, Milgard, Therma-Tru, Jeld-Wen, Fleetwood, SIW, Weather Shield, and Kolbe doors, plus most European multi-point systems. Call us with your door brand and we'll confirm.
Yes. A loose or floppy handle almost always means the internal gearbox is worn. We carry gearbox replacements and can swap it on-site, often in under an hour, without removing the door.
In most cases we can replace just the gearbox or cylinder. Full multi-point replacement is only needed when the hardware is discontinued, the door was forced, or multiple components have failed at once. We'll give you the honest call when we see it.
Most PGT sliders fail because of a worn hook, bent track, or misaligned strike plate. All three are fixable on-site. We don't need to remove the slider.
Most adjustments and gearbox swaps take under an hour. A full replacement on an impact-rated door takes one to two hours depending on the hardware and whether parts are in stock on the truck.
Impact doors, PGT sliders, and European hardware are everywhere in Miami-Dade. Most of our multi-point calls come from these neighborhoods:
