1. Who We Are
A&O Premium Locksmith is a mobile locksmith business serving Miami-Dade County, Florida. We do not operate a physical storefront. All service is performed on-site at the customer's location.
2. Services
We provide mobile locksmith services including but not limited to:
- Automotive lockouts, car key replacement, and ignition work
- Residential lockouts, rekeys, lock changes, and smart-lock installation
- Commercial lock and access-control service
- Multi-point, sliding-door, and European-style hardware repair (Hoppe, Interlock, Andersen, PGT, Amesbury, and similar)
Service availability depends on location, time of day, traffic, parts availability, and technician schedule.
3. Licensing Disclosure
As of July 1, 2025, the State of Florida retired locksmith licensing under Section 163.211, and Miami-Dade County no longer regulates the profession. A&O Premium Locksmith is fully insured, has over 18 years of hands-on experience, and operates under our reputation, verified reviews, and satisfaction guarantee.
4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
- Phone estimates are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site once the technician has assessed the job.
- No hidden fees. We will tell you the price before we start work. If you don't agree, you're not obligated to proceed.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods; confirm with your technician.
5. Your Responsibilities
By requesting service, you represent that:
- You are the lawful owner, tenant, or authorized user of the vehicle, property, or lock in question, or have the owner's permission.
- You will provide valid ID and, where reasonable, proof of ownership or occupancy.
- You will not request service for any illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, especially where ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
6. Warranty & Guarantees
Labor and parts we install are covered by our workmanship guarantee and the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, forced entry, or tampering after our work is complete.
- Pre-existing defects in doors, frames, or vehicles not caused by our service.
- Normal wear and tear.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. If our technician has already been dispatched and you cancel or are not present at the service location, a trip fee may apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, A&O Premium Locksmith's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Website Use
This website is provided "as is." We may update, change, or discontinue any part of it at any time. You agree not to:
- Use the site to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
- Scrape, copy, or repurpose content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
