One master key opens every door. Everyone else gets a key to only their own area. We design and install the whole system around your building, so the right people reach the right rooms and no one else does.
A master key system solves a problem every growing business runs into: too many keys, and no clear control over who can go where.
Owner or manager carries one key that opens every door in the building. No juggling a ring of twenty.
Each employee or tenant gets a key that opens only the rooms they should reach. The stockroom stays closed to the front desk.
Someone leaves or roles change? We rekey just the doors that matter, without touching the rest of the building.
Think of it in layers. You hold the one key at the top. Each level below opens less. We map it to your building so access lines up with how you actually run things.
Example layout. We build the levels and groups around your actual doors and staff.
If your space has more than a few doors and more than a few people, a master key system pays for itself in control and peace of mind.
One master for the property manager, separate keys for each tenant suite.
Server rooms, records, and supply closets open only to the people who should be in them.
Staff reach the floor and break room, while the office, safe room, and stockroom stay owner-only.
Keep medication, files, and equipment rooms limited to licensed staff, with one master for the owner.
A master key system is only as secure as the keys people can copy. That is why we offer restricted and high-security keys, like Medeco and Mul-T-Lock, that cannot be duplicated at a hardware store.
New copies get cut only with your authorization. So when you hand someone a key, you know exactly how many exist.

A set of locks keyed so that one master key opens every door, while each staff member or tenant gets a key that opens only their own area. It gives an owner or manager full access while keeping everyone else limited to where they belong.
In many cases, yes. We can rekey compatible locks into a master key system as long as the hardware is in good shape. If some locks are worn or too basic, we will tell you which are worth keeping and which are better replaced, before any work starts.
We rekey the affected locks so the old key stops working, and cut new keys for the people who still need access. Because the system is planned out, we can do this quickly without disturbing the doors that are not affected.
Yes. We offer restricted and high-security key options such as Medeco and Mul-T-Lock, where keys can only be cut with your authorization. This stops staff or tenants from quietly making extra copies.
It depends on how many doors and levels of access you need, and whether you keep your current locks or upgrade. We look at your building, map out who should reach what, and give you an honest upfront quote with no contracts or surprise fees. See our pricing page for a starting point.
