paid Fair Pricing · No Hidden Fees
Logistics warehouses, office parks, and Doralzuela's family corridors. We handle the master-key systems that 3 AM trucks depend on — and the broken deadbolts in the single-family neighborhoods.
The bright pink area is Doral — from NW 25th Street up to the airport, between the Turnpike and NW 107th Avenue. The lighter pink is the rest of our zone.
Doral is two cities sharing one zip code. There's industrial Doral — the warehouse and office-park belt north of NW 25th Street, where Amazon, FedEx, and a hundred Latin American logistics outfits run shifts around the clock. And there's residential Doral — the Doralzuela neighborhoods, the gated communities at Doral Isles and Costa Greens, the families who came north from Caracas and Maracaibo and built lives here.
Both versions of Doral have their own locksmith problems. The warehouses run on master-key hierarchies that should be re-cored every time a shift supervisor leaves the company, and almost never are. The office parks run on access control fobs and electronic strikes that fail in interesting ways at the worst times. The single-family homes, mostly built between 1998 and 2008, have a recognizable pattern of hardware (a lot of Kwikset entry sets, a lot of multi-point patio doors) and a recognizable list of problems (worn deadbolts, sagging sliders, lost transponder keys).
We work both Dorals. When you call from a 33178 warehouse at 4 a.m., you'll get a tech who's done your kind of master-key job before. When you call from a 33182 family home at 9 p.m. because your kid lost the house key at the park, you'll get the same friendly response — in Spanish if that's easier.
Every neighborhood has its own pattern. Here's what we get called for most around 33122.
Hierarchy from grand-master down to individual office, with proper documentation. Re-core the system when staff turns over — don't just hope the ex-employee threw away the key.
Electronic strikes, mag locks, request-to-exit sensors. We service, troubleshoot, and replace — including the wiring runs your last vendor said were 'fine.'
Just closed on a place in Costa Greens or Doral Isles? We rekey on day one. The HOA doesn't have your back on this — the seller's realtor probably still has a copy of the key.
Sagging patio sliders are the #1 single-family Doral problem. Worn roller assemblies, misaligned tracks, broken handle sets. We fix the door instead of telling you to replace it.
Locked out of the Sprinter at the dock, semi cab keys disappeared mid-route, car key broke in the ignition at Costco. We handle commercial and personal vehicles, same toolkit.
The office manager lost the key Friday night and Monday at 8 a.m. you need to open. We get you in without damaging the door or your insurance premium.
Your warehouse doesn't sleep, so neither do we. After-hours commercial calls are routine for us, not special-event pricing.
El 80% de nuestras llamadas en Doral son en español. Llama tranquilo — entendemos el problema y la prisa.
No 'we serviced your competitor for double' games. Honest quotes you can show your CFO without flinching.
"Super reliable and always come through when you need them most. I've used their service more than once, and every time they've been quick, professional, and easy to work with."
Yes. Most logistics businesses can only do this work on weekends or overnight to avoid disrupting operations — we plan accordingly and bring all keys cut on-site so the new hierarchy is live the moment you flip the lights on Monday.
Yes. Most failures are wiring, the power supply, or a worn strike itself. We carry common spares and can usually fix on the first visit.
We service the airport-adjacent warehouse zones. Allow 25–35 minutes for us to clear the security perimeter and reach you.
Always. Oscar and his team are fully bilingual, and most of our Doral calls are conducted in Spanish from start to finish.
Warehouse, office park, or family home — we cover all of Doral and we're nearby right now. Call us in English or Spanish.
