West Kendall starts where the Turnpike crosses Kendall Drive and runs west until you're nearly in the Everglades. It's mostly post-1985 development — The Hammocks, Country Walk, Calusa, Three Lakes, Kendale Lakes, and a string of newer Lennar and Pulte master-planned communities further west. Single-family homes dominate, most with two-car garages, most with backyard patio sliders, most with HOA-style entry gates.
Our work out here is the suburban locksmith staple. Move-in rekeys for families who just closed on a place in Country Walk. Patio-slider repair for the homes that have aged into their 15-year-mark hardware fatigue. Car-key replacement in the Walmart Supercenter or Publix parking lots off 137th Avenue.
