paid Fair Pricing · No Hidden Fees
Mid-century homes, working-class condos, and a strong Haitian-American community. We answer in English, Spanish, or Creole. We give the same honest price either way.
The bright pink area is North Miami — from Biscayne Boulevard over to West Dixie, between 135th and 119th. The lighter pink is the rest of our Miami-Dade zone.
North Miami has its own character that doesn't fit neatly into the city's 'beach' or 'business' boxes. It's a mix — mid-century single-family homes off Biscayne, the older condo buildings near Florida International, the working-class neighborhoods around Sans Souci and Keystone Point, and a strong Haitian-American community that has shaped the area for decades.
What that means for a locksmith call here: we hear a wider mix of languages and we work a wider mix of doors than almost any other Miami-Dade neighborhood. A condo unit-door cylinder at one of the older 1970s buildings on NE 125th. A worn deadbolt on a mid-century ranch in Keystone. A car key replacement in the MOCA garage. A French-door multi-point repair in one of the newer Sans Souci homes. We've done all of those this month.
We do not charge differently in North Miami than we do in Brickell. The same flat rate that gets quoted to a high-rise resident downtown is the same one a homeowner off NE 6th Avenue gets. That's not a marketing pitch — it's just how we run the business, and it's why we keep getting called back.
Every neighborhood has its own pattern. Here's what we get called for most around 33161.
Older Keystone Point and Sans Souci homes often still run on original 1960s cylinders. We re-pin them where they're still good, replace cleanly where they aren't.
Older NE 125th and Biscayne Boulevard condos. Just the unit-door cylinder; we don't mess with the building system.
Front door, side door, garage entry, sliders. We get you in fast without drilling unless there's no other option.
Newer construction in Sans Souci and Arch Creek has multi-point patio doors. We stock the cassettes.
We come to your driveway. Most makes, including transponder and push-to-start. No dealership tow.
Pick the right smart lock for your door, install it, get you set up. Walk-through in English, Spanish, or Creole.
English, Spanish, Haitian Creole. We answer in your language without making it weird.
We charge the same in 33161 as we do anywhere else in Miami-Dade. Flat-rate, transparent.
We tell you what the job actually needs — usually it's smaller than the homeowner feared.
"Super reliable and always come through when you need them most. I've used their service more than once, and every time they've been quick, professional, and easy to work with."
Wi. Nou pale Kreyòl. We answer calls and explain pricing in Creole when that's easier.
From Kendall, 20–30 minutes to most of North Miami depending on traffic. We text you our ETA the moment we leave.
