Midtown is the newest of Miami's named neighborhoods. Until 2008, most of it was an FEC rail yard. Today it's the Shops at Midtown anchored complex plus a cluster of mid-rise residential buildings — Two Midtown, Four Midtown, Midblock, MidCity. The demographic skews younger, walkable, dog-walking, food-hall-going.
