Downtown Miami runs on two schedules: business hours, when the office towers fill up and the courthouses are busy, and after hours, when the residential condo towers and hotels take over. Our work tracks both. On weekdays, we get called by law-firm office managers who need a rekey when a paralegal leaves, by court reporters who need a quick emergency entry, by hotel general managers who need a master-key recore.
After 6 p.m. and on weekends, the calls shift. Condo residents at One Miami, 50 Biscayne, Vizcayne, Loft Downtown — locked out of their unit, lost a fob, just bought a place and need a same-day rekey. Tourists at the Hyatt or Marriott who locked the rental keys in the car at the Bayside parking.
